New installed ASUS Geforce 780 causing my computer to stay at black screen with B2?

I just bought an Asus 780 but whenever I put it in it just gives me a black screen with B2 in the corner and never boots.
System specs:
Ram:1333
Powersupply:850w
Motherboard:MSI 970A-g46
Processor: AMD FX 8 core

Are all the cables properly attached?

Have you connected the PSU cables to the GPU?

Also is the GPU properly pushed into the PCIE slot? Along with other PSU cables into the motherboard.
