Pretty much title - and this is happening on a new motherboard i got last week (last one died under warranty). So this has happened quite a few times, but not everyday. It shuts down and I can't turn it back on no matter what, I tried switching PSU off and on - still won't start.

Today it happened again and something strange happened. It turned off and wouldn't turn on for 2 hours, then I switched off the PSU and started plugging out cables, because I had to move the PC, after I plugged out internet cable, it turned on for a second (discharge?) - ??? Any ideas what is this sorcery? When I plugged cables back in, I could turn the pc on again, but same thing happened when I pulled out internet cable (the discharge).

PSU is not the problem - I have tested it on another computer.

Yes, everything is connected correctly and I've tried shorting the power pins (no button) to turn on my computer. It has gone way worse since yesterday, it is frequently shutting off even while browsing the internet and turning back on after 1-30 seconds.

Not really. When I brought the PSU to the store for testing where I bought it, they said it was okay, and my PC worked fine after "testing", so I have no idea what would've caused the shutdowns.
