Building A PC to run dayz well

So, I just got 640$ and I really want to buy a good pc with it but the problem is the PC im saving up for is 1k. So im not sure if I should just spend this money on a pc and get an only semi-good pc or should i keep saving. It wouldnt be bad if i had a monitor, keyboard and mouse but sadly i dont. So heres the build im saving for so i need advice should i save for this or should i just use the 640$? Also if you think I should just use the 640$ then could you please make one via Pcpartpicker? Thanks! (Also if you couldn't tell i want this to be able to run DayZ well meaning 30-50 fps)
