hello , i removed the stock intel cooler from my i7 950 to clean it with can of pressurized air and accidentally i removed some of the thermal paste ,and now i get 92c on gaming load, what should i do

Solution
Carefully clean off all traces of thermal compound from the CPU as well as the heatsink base. Use 70% Isopropyl alcohol for this. Then apply a small pea-sized drop of Arctic Silver 5 to the cleaned surfaces and re-install.

There is no need to remove the heatsink when you are cleaning with compressed air.
