I have a Cooler Master Elite 431 and want to know the best way to arrange fans for the best airflow with my EVGA GeForce 760 SuperClocked with dual-fan ACX Cooling. My current setup is an intake fan on the bottom and the bottom-front, an exhaust fan on the back and on the top. Currently a ton of hot air exhausted from the GFx card stays around the front of the case, I can feel the heat if I put my hand in one of the disk bays!

Nothing you can do much unless you change the case.
Make sure there isn't much obstruction in the airflow from the intakes.
I wouldn't worry about the gpu if it is around 70C at load. The card can handle it.
Make sure your hard drive or SSD is the furthest away form your gpu.

Alright, with a few reallignments and all, maximum temperature on FurMark is 72C. I think it's pretty fine ;)
