Cant add Channel Trailer to youtube!!!

youtube WILL NOT LET ME add a channel trailer, I enabled browse (which it already was) and still no option for channel trailer has came up... off to the right where theres like "youtube achievments" it says Add CHannel Trailer.. I click it, it refresh's my page, and still nothing... any help?

SOLUTION!!!

I fixed it, I had to go to my main account (the owner of my sub account) and disable browse.. go back to sub channel, enable browse. Then it let me put a channel trailer on my sub accnt but not my main. So I went back to main re-enabled browse, and now both my channels have trailers.
