Good open-air case or frame?

Any suggestions like the In Win H-Frame, but a bit bigger?

It's really just important that the case be relatively compact and open-air to allow for fewer moving parts. I've had a few well-reviewed fans from different companies start rattling and/or die now, and I'm getting sick of replacing them. It's happened across 2 power supplies, so I really doubt it's the voltage that's unstable. Just the fans.

Honestly you will still need fans to cool the computer even in an open case. Often times those cases have WORSE temps than a normal case due to having no air flow at all. Honestly, I would just invest in a few good quality fans. I have a computer with some old Noctua fans which has been going for 4 years no problems and they fans are still perfectly fine.

That depends heavily on fan arrangement. Without both a fan on the side panel and a blower out the back and/or top, temps will be higher with the side panel on. It's only cooler to have a closed case if there's a significant amount of wind pressure, and in the last 3 months alone I've had 1 Corsair, 1 Antec, and 1 NZXT fan fail. And those weren't very cheap fans, the Corsair and NZXT ran $20 each and were pretty well reviewed. If I was to buy enough decent fans to get reasonable air pressure to beat an open case it'd cost $80 on fans alone to equip the side panel, front, top, and back, and then I'd probably be replacing them soon enough if this trend follows.

I'm not getting rid of all fans, but definitely as many as possible. I'm planning on low-impact parts, so convections will be enough if I choose a good case.

Anyway, question is still open.
