Which is better EVGA 780ti

Hey all, looking at getting a nice new GPU, probably one of the following to order this weekend unless I should change for something else.

Query is, which of these two is better =/ seem the same...

Hey guys, what one is better lol... =/ the other has £50 off... but cant see any difference, just newer?

One of them has the ACX cooler, which cools more effectively. I have the ACX version, and I've never seen the temp above 67C. I would definitely recommend it as long as your case has decent airflow.

The other one is a reference style cooler which pushes hot air out the back of the case, but the GPU runs hotter.

Awesome thanks for that, well I just got my Corsair graphite 760t! so looking to jazz it up, components a bit out of date so the airflow should be pretty good. So you recommend the ACX one, slightly cheaper as well. Seems weird that the other is £70 more yet no more power or better cooling.
