Sleeping Dogs for PC Crashing on Load Screen

Hello all. I have Sleeping Dogs for PC ( non Steam) and I'm having a pretty big problem at the moment. Whenever I click new game or run the benchmark the game freezes on the loading screen. I have already installed the latest directx updates, done all the compatibility setting options, and have updated my Nvidia Drivers. Also have set all the graphic options to minimum and still nothing.

Specs: 9800GTX+
A6 5400K
8GB 2133 ram
750GB HDD
Asus A55 BM-E( Yes Bios is updated).

If anyone could help me with this issue it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Non-steam means pirated I suppose. Most games that are pirated have problems like these mostly with black loading screen and crashing. Some games have patches for these problems but if you do not have access to such patches you have nothing to do. The hardware seems fine for sure capable to run the game so it is no hardware problem. Definitely the game. If the game is non-pirated which I don't think is what you mean, then I would contact support (if doing a fresh reinstall would not work, which I do not think it will).
