Alright, so I built my computer in January, right from the get-go I was experiencing computer freezes after boot up, at sporadic times. Along with the freezes, my drives for audio and my usb devices keep seeming to be lost or failing and they stop being functional. I'm just assuming it is a motherboard problem, but if it should be moved please so do. Thanks for any help you can offer and please ask questions because I am not sure what information i should be putting down. The motherboard is a Biostar TZ77A. I have also done memory checks with memtest and they were clean, but that was months ago.

Solution
Yep - sounds like a motherboard problem. But there's a few things you can try -

cmos/bios reset

download and install then run hwinfo and provide screen shots so we cvan see voltages etc

check motherboard connections are firmly in place

check cpu temps and voltage - if tto high but psu voltage are ok (per hwinfo) then its your mobo
