Hello I just built together a PC. I installed Windows 7 successfully, but when I install the graphics card driver ( EVGA GTX 760 ), the computer can't even make it to the log in screen after I restart. It just turns off, and goes back on, and continues unless I run in Safe Mode. I have tried uninstalling it, and reinstalling it. No luck.

Here are my Specs:
Mobo : ASUS M5a97 R2
CPU : AMD FX 6300
Gfx Card : EVGA GTX 760
Power Supply : Seasonic S12II 620
OS : Win7
Ram : 8gbs

-I am using the disc it came with to install the drivers

-I installed the motherboard drivers ( with disc )

What should I do? I'm very confused and I couldn't find an answer through google.

Also If I need to add anymore information to the post, just tell me. Thanks.

*UPDATE*
I tried getting the latest driver online, and it still isn't working.

I've tried this already. Also if the graphics card wasn't in correctly, I probably wouldn't be able to even to launch windows. Thanks for trying to help anyways C12. Any other things I should try?

Hmmm, two things then; 1) try the graphics card in another PCIe slot (if available - to ensure the first slot isn't faulty). If still no joy or no second slot available, 2) Try the card in another computer (a friend or relative's) - I'd be thinking the card is faulty if unable to run it in another PC

Just tried putting the graphics card in the other slot. After I installed the drivers again, it didn't work. I also read something about how a past driver 314.22 should be stable. Didn't work for me either. I really don't want this thing to be faulty. I already had to replace the motherboard.
