what are the pc requirement i need to resolve my new asus hd7770 1gb ddr5 ? my current specs are : intel dual core 2 E7400 2.80ghz
ram 2 gb ?

find Specification of Motherboard and Power Supply for an accurate answer , i think your cpu will bottleneck 7770 a little
(idk if overclocking will solve it or not)

and about your ram u need at least 4gb ram for the new games.

to be safe u need a 430wt power supply with 6 pin connector (a lower psu may work with it but it has to be high quality)
7770 will work just fine on a pcie 2 motherboard but it'll worl slightly faster on a pcie 3

my psu - 450wt and whenever i connect my graphic card to pc and install drivers after 2&3 hrs . my monitor start showing white vertical line sometime red, blue ? whenever i watch movies or any videos after 5 min it start showing these line. and when i disconnect graphic card and there drivers then my pc starts fluently no problems in watching vedios and other things . no problem nothing ,,
