Hello, I currently own an Xbox One and NEVER play it. I seriously play it only 1-2 times a month, if that. I have a mid-range gaming PC that I play every single day and that includes games I have on console already. I only just got this PC about 1 1/2 years ago and it only has a AMD 7850 with an AMD A8-5500 APU so I don't get very good performance. Good enough to run all games on medium settings. Some on high-ultra. My mom got me my Xbox One as a Christmas gift and I bought my PC. I want to sell my Xbox One and 360 and buy a way better pc that will run all games on ultra since I find much more enjoyment in PC gaming. I can't decide if I want to do that though because she paid $500 for the Xbox One and I feel like that'd be betraying her and her hard-earned money in a way despite the fact that I'd basically be trading a dust collector for something I would actually play and love way more. I also have played console my whole life so selling all my consoles for a PC is a big decision so I don't want to regret this. Do you guys think I shouldn't sell the Xbox One since she paid for it? I have no other way of getting money for a better PC considering the one I want to build adds up to about $900

Yep. Upgrade your PC. You can do more on a PC then you can on an Xbox, and they are most often faster.
