EVGA GTX 760 vs ASUS GTX 770?

I want to upgrade my VGA i have Zotac GTX 580 and i played tomb raider recently but when i put the anti-aliasing 16x i saw some slownest
i want to get EVGA since they are the best and i used them before and i had no problem with them ever but i never use or delt with asus
I can get both GPU with the same price but i dont know which is the best

EVGA GeForce GTX 760 SC 4GB for 400$
ASUS GeForce GTX 770 DirectCU II 2GB for 400$


MY PC specs
Widows 7 x64
Motherboard: Intel DZ77RE-75K
CPU: Intel Core i7-3770
RAM: 8GB Corsair vengance
VGA: Zotac GTX 580
HDD: 60GB SSD and another 4HDD normal

Edit: and you will have performance issues on a 770 if you turn aa up to x16 just fyi. its a GPU hog.

ASUS makes great graphics cards, you should not need to worry much about quality. The 770 is a very nice card and would be my pick between the 2. Some would say the 760 because of the 4GB, but the 770 is much faster and hands down.

the 760 isnt powerful enough to use 4g of v ram and if you are on 1 screen it doesn't matter anyway. 4gs of v ram is only utilized in a multi monitor setup.

760 is not a good upgrade from a 580, 760 is only about 15% faster than ur 580. 770 is around 40% faster

the raw performance of the GPU is just 5% affected by vram... so, go to gtx 770
