Reservoir-pump-components-radiator-reservoir. If you put the radiator before components, you end up after a long intense session, with dumping hot liquid into the reservoir and running back through the pump. Unless your reservoir is sealed, you'll end up loosing a lot of liquid to evaporation.

Well there is one thing I forgot to say, you want the reservoir feeding the pump. That is the best way to keep air out of the pump because they get trapped in the reservoir, but that is about the only consideration for the order of things.

Although I have personalty never taken coolant temps from different places in a loop Martin from http://martinsliquidlab.org/ says once a loop stabilizes the coolant temp is the same anywhere in the loop. With this in mind his advice on loop configuration is always the cleanest loop you can make with the minimum of tube and bends in the tube.

Just thought I would add this here Amdlova to consider as trying to plumb a specific order of components for the reasons you stated can at times become cumbersome, Martin is the smartest water guy I have ever read on the net, hope this is useful in some way, enjoy your rig as it looks like it's going to rock :)
