Is this a good build for budget gaming?

My laptop is hitting the fan, and I am getting a good computer I can use for school cheap, because they are being replaced at my dad's job. (And they are being replaced because of the dell flip computer, not that they are bad).

So I want to get a desktop so that I can do video editing and gaming without too much of a problem, at high and up settings. This is the build I am looking at. http://pcpartpicker.com/p/3HOwo

I am looking to play games like Titanfall, Warframe, and DayZ Standalone.

As I said earlier, I would also like it to be good for video editing. I use Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.

What would you recommend I change, if anything at all?

I would swap out the PSU for either a cheaper EVGA or Corsair unit ($35) but potentially lower quality or get the XFX 550W $49 which is better quality for cheaper still

GPU is a good choice unless you plan to use Adobe CC which has OpenCL which means AMD is a choice then

I personally prefer the Corsair 200r which is $45 right now
Swapped to a better quality motherboard.

The one you choose has not got any VRM cooling.
