Hello everybody

So recently I upgraded my PC with a new GPU, motherboard, case, PSU and CPU cooler. The first game I tried after the upgrade, and I went from 30-35fps on minimum settings @ 640x480 to 40-60fps on max settings @1920x1080. I have had similar results in other games (League of Legends, BeamNG Drive...), however when I play Hawken or World of Tanks, I get about 25-30 fps, slightly lower than before the upgrade (Was using AMD 7650D before) and on the same settings. So I fired up MSI afterburner and Speedfan while in a match on Hawken and noticed that my cpu + gpu usage/temp were barely rising, and in the menu for Hawken I get 5-20fps where as before I would get a steady 30-35. On the Hawken forum I saw a post about some NVidia GPUs not performing at their max, and gave instructions on how to fix (On NVidia control panel in 3D settings set power usage to preffer max performance and then do a clean install of a specific gpu driver) which I followed with no luck. So can anybody help?

Specs:
* = Upgraded

CPU: AMD A8-5500K Quad Core @3.2Ghz
CPU Cooler: Coolermaster hyper 212 evo 3rd party cooler*
RAM: 8GB DDR3 @ 1600Mhz
GPU: Gigabyte NVidia GTX 650 Ti Boost Edition*
Motherboard: ASRock FM2A88X Hyper6+*
Case: Corsair Carbide 300R*

As a side note, my mic creates this sort of distorted static sound and my voice is really quiet even on highest levels. Could this be something to do with the motherboard?
