can i access my router after enabling mac filter and i am locked out of it.no device had been added.it got enabled by accident

You're only locked out of connecting via WiFi.
If you know the admin username/password, you should be able to get in fine.

MAC filter blocking is usually only on wireless connection
Once in put your laptop MAC in whitelist
I presume you have the routers login password
often on a label on device if obtained from your ISP
If you dont have it try default password for make & model (in instructions or driver CD)
Reseting System goes back to default password but may loose your router settings and stop you getting back on to internet
