BIOS detected 2x4GB of RAM but only running Single Channel

Please help, I don't know what to do and i'm sorry for my bad english

EDIT: This is from windows system


EDIT2: This only happened after I install the CM 212X CPU cooling fan

More about : bios detected 2x4gb ram running single channel

Well its a dual-channel architecute memory mobo maybe you populated diffrent color coded DIMM sockets?

No i did install the RAM on the same color slots
And this only happen after i install the cooler master hyper 212x
Before that, i can run dual channel fine

well then the cooler and ram is corrupting and cant operate well so if you want dual channel then get a smaller cpu cooler.

Install the sticks in the proper slots, and if need be raise the fan on the 212 EVO, it is height adjustable, simply remove the fan connectors from the fins on the cooler and raise the fan the 1/4 inch or so needed
