Hey, i mainly want to play counter-strike global offensive
Will the AMD A10-7850K be strong enough to get 60+ fps on medium-high 1024x768?

Yes, although you might want to lower the settings if you plan on playing competitively (higher FPS increases responsiveness.)

on 1024x768 you can play it on high, but be careful with anti-alias, when you enable it frame rate will drop quickly.

He ran it on 2133 Mhz ram will 1333mhz be good?

RAM makes a pretty large difference to APUs, you should probably consider getting at least 1866MHz RAM for it.

Yeye, you should go for the 1866 or even better 2133 as it matters a lot with APUs!

While the RAM does make a big difference for AMD APU's, if you are getting a dedicated GPU soon I don't think I would pay that much extra for faster RAM. Because once you do actually get a dedicated GPU, 2133mhz RAM is pointless, 1600mhz is just as fast. I'd get 1600mhz now, maybe 1866mhz, but no faster unless you won't be getting a GPU for a long time.
