Solution

Yes, that one should work.

OK.
186mm. I'd lean to 'probably not'.
The cooler is 158mm tall. Leaving 28mm for:
-cable space behind the motherboard tray
-motherboard tray
-standoffs
-motherboard
-CPU

And now that we see a teeny bit more info on it....I'd definitely not consider it. No USB 3, for one.
There are much better ones in or near that price range. Antec, Fractal Design, etc.

But....if you already have it. Time to look for a different cooler.

do you have a specific link to one? rather than just telling me brands? and what does USB 3 have to do with a cooler?

If you were buying the case, it is severely lacking in features. If you already have it and want to keep it, a different cooler is warranted.

If you're looking to get a different case....
Antec ONE - £44.99 (I have this one)

Zalman Z9 - £44.99

Yeah, I saw that after.

So, if you're looking for a new cooler, and can't find any manufacturer info about 'cooler clearance', you'll have to measure to see what fits.

Take the side panel off
Take the existing cooler off
Measure from the face of the CPU to the inside of the side panel
Find a cooler smaller than that
