Hi All, first time builder, here are my specs
Intel i5 4570
Asus z87 pro mobo
8 gb g skill ram (4gb x 2)
Seasonic 750w gold psu
Seagate barricuda hdd
Samsung 120gb ssd
Evga gtx770

Now, for the problem. I have managed to boot and install windows without the gpu in; however, any time I install the gpu the red VGA led comes on and it will not POST or boot. Any help would be appreciated. I'm not sure if it is a faulty gpu or not as this is the first time I've belt. Yes I have the 6 pin and 8 pin connectors plugged in. Thanks for the help!

I figured it out! It turns out the 6 and 8 pin connectors that came with the gpu did not fit correctly in the psu, so instead I used one of the motherboard pci e cables!
