processor cooler: deepcool gammax 200
monitor: dell s2240l
keyboard: logitech g105
mouse: Razer DA
any other changes to decrease the price a bit without altering the specs.
please do suggest.

processsor: i5 3570 >> make sure you get K unlocked version. why not haswell 4670K?

PSU :cooler master thunder 700w >>> dont buy CM low end psu, stick with seasonic, XFX, or any tier 1 and 2 >> read here http://community.newegg.com/eggxpert/computer_hardware/f/135081/t/45344.aspx

ivy bridge is better oc'd than haswell and haswell even heats up faster.
seasonic is crossing the budget
about the graphics card r9 280x these requirements are compulsory:
PCI Express® based PC is required with one X16 lane graphics slot available on the motherboard.

1X75 Watt 6-pin PCI Express power connector is required.

so will the mobo i have selected do the work?????
and the psu will cost even more so where can i cut the price
yes i am from india and the cm 212 evo is out of budget.
about monitor i would look forward to it.

my budget is 80k inr so is there any better combo than this.
