Im looking for comfort and dont think dpi will matter much me, and as I havnt been able to feel or test either, I would like to know which mouse is the most comfortable to use?

Solution
I am using a deathadder almost 6 years and it's still one of the best and most responsive mouses today. The deathadder lies good in hand and you can use it for hours without pain in the wrists and fingers. Backlight of this mouse is also beautifull and not hard for the eyes like some other mouses.

Downsides: - Not a lot of programmable buttons so if you like to use lots of macro's on a mouse don't buy this one.
- The mouse lacks a button specific for quickly changing dpi in game. This can be annoying for some people, but you can program one of your side buttons or your mouse scroll button as dpi changer if required.

Oh ye forgot to say you can't change the backlight color of the mouse well not with the older...

I would go for the deathadder anytime again.

I'm using a Deathadder right now and its a very comfortable mouse.

When it comes to peripherals, what works for one might not another.
Stop, look at your mouse hand and take note of how your holding it. Then watch this.

That will help you figure which mouse is going to be best for you.

Nup, no colour changing on the 2013. To my knowledge this has never been an option on Deathadders.
I actually killed my Deathadder 3.5g modding the LED's, tried to solder in red instead of blue.
