I'm installing Windows seven and I'm having a hard time because it says I don't have a hard drive. But the hard drive I do have is X and I need to change that to see Dr and command prompt I guess I really don't know what to do please help

It sounds like you're trying to install Windows, from within a running Windows install.
That won't work.
