What computer is capable of running skyrim perfectly with ultra settings and multiple mods? My budget is $1200 or less. Please no pc builds, I'd just like to buy one. Any recommendations help and are really appreciated, thanks :)

Yeah that's a pretty good gaming pc...

At least it appears to be. Dunno the speed of the ram or HDD, which they could have skimped on and gotten you the slow stuff, which you'll notice when trying to load games. And the quality of the PSU is likely low, so it's possible one day the entire computer will just die on you.

completely ruins any objective information we could possible give you.

Lots of mods have little-to-no impact on performance, lots of mods will stifle the most powerful systems.

For all we know, you could be trying to run them all.

The PC Mikey linked will destroy a patched version of Skyrim with a good deal of visual mods, like most ENBs.

But,as i said earlier on another thread, MANY Mods for skyrim will eat 2gb of vRAM very quickly and then you'll get terrible stutters from thrashing.

a full gk104 found in the 680/770 and the full tahiti found in the 7970/280x is only barely able to handle a full highest possible quality s.t.e.p. install with boris's enb, you need a 780/290 to handle that. with 4k monitors now out and many mods being revamped for 8k textures, even a single 780ti/290x is going to have trouble at that resolution. but most are not willing to run a full step install as it can take about 15-25 man hours to fully do it right after cleaning, bashing, and tagging. if you are just going to install a bunch of mods you come across, get ready for a broken game after 60-120 hours of game time.
