When I completed my build on pc part picker, it says my MSI Z87-G45 Gaming ATX LGA1150 Motherboard has an onboard USB 3.0 header, but the Rosewill CHALLENGER ATX Mid Tower Case does not have front panel USB 3.0 ports. Does this matter or do I have to change my case?

Well it basically means there would be USB 2.0 ports on the front panel of the case. If you wanted to use the 3.0 you would need to connect the usb device to the motherboard, on the back of the case. Also that case has a blue fan and the MSI mobo is red so you might want to consider that. The corsair 200r is a good option if you want a decent case with USB 3.0 headers on the front panel.

It doesnt matter unless u want usb 3.0 ports on ur front bezel. If u want USB 3.0 ports in ur front bezel, then u dont need to change ur case. U might wanna buy something like this: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

That would be paying $75 essentially just to get a mediocre case. It would be a lot better just to switch to a different one.

Hmm yes.... Then its better to switch to a different one. But Ive also seen cheaper usb 3.0 front panels too. U know like lesser than 10 bucks. Maybe u could search for a little while if thats ok for u.

I would suggest either the Bitfenx Shinobi:

or the Corsair 200r:
