i got this response to a cl posting to sell my laptop... i might entertain this. i had a few goals in mind with the capital i'd raise from the laptop sale:
1. want to play dayz/skyrim/etc on high
2. want to build a mini-itx formfactor...
3. stay within budget of laptop's sale..
my quest is whether or not the offer is worth while? i'm asking for more specs/conidition now. are there any diagnostics i should test out on his system (and offer to be tested on mine)?
the reply from the prospective buyer was:
"I saw your were selling your laptop to build a desktop. I have a desktop that I'm trying to get rid of, in search of a laptop.
It has an fx-8350 (8-core), and an Nvidia gtx480 1.5gb gddr5. I'm not sure if thats the type of PC your looking for, but if so, I'd be happy to work something out.
