Graphic Card Debate

Solution
your sig says you have a radeon hd 7770 1GB already, it should be enough for playing at 1080p at medium settings. neither r7 265 nor gtx 750ti will max out the games (or most of modern, demanding games) at 1080p resolution. in my opinion, the proper upgrade form the 7770 will be radeon r9 270/270x

amd radeon r7 265 is faster than gtx 750ti while gtx 750ti is more power efficient. so if your psu is too weak to support a radeon r7 265, you can get a large percentage of it's performance from gtx 750ti, at a lower power use. there'd be trade offs though.
which one is better depends on your pc configuration (would be helpful if you posted that in detail), budget and the games you'd like to play.

fits your budget limit of 15k inr (assuming you mistyped earlier). cards like these require quality power supply. you didn't mention which model your psu was. as long as the psu can support, these cards will be better than the 265 or 750ti.
look around your local shops for cheaper deals. recommendations are based on price.

Actually My HD 7770 crashed, and i did'nt like its performance, i have a 650 watt psu link here http://www.flipkart.com/corsair-vs650-650-watt-psu/p/itmdg36xznfnesye?pid=PSUDG347RBUYNCFK&otracker=from-search&srno=t_15&query=psu&ref=c9d1e712-ed4e-484f-828a-723c0c21f2cf

i googled that psu, and people don't have good things to say about corsair's vs series except that it is cheap and has cheap build quality. i don't understand why didn't you buy this following one
http://www.flipkart.com/search?q=seasonic+s12ii+bronze&as=off&as-show=off&otracker=start
it's close enough and has better performance and build quality.
for your current psu, and since you say that your current gfx card has crashed... i am cautious about anything over 750ti since it uses the lower amount of power among the gfx cards mentioned in this thread. it's not a lot lower than 7770 though, 60w vs 7770's 80~ watts.
can you tell me why did your gfx card crash? if it's under warranty coverage, you could try getting it replaced.

I dont think it crashed because of the psu, and i think that buying a better one is a great option rather than replacing it

vs series isn't that good (entry level channel well tech). seasonic's eco series is better except those lack pcie power connectors. seasonic s12ii series is closer to price. those lack in peak wattage but more than make up in build quality and performance. there might be some neo eco psus at cheaper price.

Hwy we have r9 270x retailing around 15000 in flipkart..why don't you take that?...And your psu will be fine with it...Though the psu is of cheaper quality it is capable of providing the promised voltage, but you will have low volts in 12..That's not a problem as long as it does'nt go below atx standards...And here is the link for the card http://www.flipkart.com/sapphire-amd-ati-radeon-r9-270x-boost-oc-2-gb-ddr5-graphics-card/p/itmdtp5j69ssu9gj?pid=GRCDTP5J69SSU9GJ&otracker=from-search&srno=t_1&query=270x&ref=30548e6e-a64f-40f6-8c25-1f818baf8b0b

Thanks for the advice, but i had to reduce my budget by 1K
and AMD cards do not support PhysX, won't it be a problem when playing PhysX oriented Games
