What are some recommended 120mm fans sucking through a dust filter

My case is a CM storm scout 2 , Im planning on putting 2 120mm intake fans and 1 120mm inside since the hdd cage is restricting air flow. Still havent decided what fans to buy .choosing from this list and considering the prices here.
Scythe Slip Stream 120mm PWM 1300 $9.78
bitfenix spectre 120mm $ 6.44
bitfenix spectre pro 120mm $ 12.22
Cougar CF-V12HP VORTEX PWM(color black is not available) $10.67

any suggestions regarding other fans within the same price range and fan orientation are much appreciated thanks.

The grill twists the air to fit through small gaps, such as the gaps between hard drives.

hmm ok so ill be adding the 2 to the list except noctua as it is expensive for me haha
silverstone penetrator is $13.33
sp 120 high performance $13.33
but i think if i would take the penetrator it would not be able to do what it is designed to do(focus air) as the hdd bays are covering its path or am i wrong? plan on putting it inside instead after the hdd bay if i would buy it.
