i7 3770 vs Intel Xeon E3-1230V2 not OC'ing

Hey guys like the title says! which will be better for me. i have an i5 2320 wanting to go up to the i7 3770 or the Xeon E3-1230v2.. i will be Gaming/Recording and also streaming! (Streaming Will Be Daily)..
so are there any cons to the xeon over i7? since i wont be OC'ing.. and what are the drawbacks on a H61 Chipset

No drawbacks, though make sure it's on the supported CPUs list for your board.

You may want a newer chipset at some point, though. You get USB3.0 and some other extras.

They are both similar expect their clock speed. The i7 has a higher base clock and turbos higher. Another difference is i7 has integrated graphics whilst the xeon hasn't.
Either would be fine. Get the cheapest one.

If you don't plan on OCing and are using a discreet graphics card then the 1230-V2 is your best buy for sure...

Yes it will work with that motherboard.

That board list the Xeon as supported by ASRock, so yes it should work just fine.
