Earlier i got a error saying power surge detected and it shut down and didnt come on so. I took one 780 ti out and now it turns on for a split second and then goes back off and then on and off and so on so on. What is the potential problem here i cant even load my pc up. When the surge was detected i was not even gaming i was literally just browsing the internet and nothing more so my gpus would of even been doing thay much work.

Solution
Hi

That is a high end PC
It is a pity you used 5 different suppliers as they will all say not our part and try to charge for testing

Was surge message from windows or bios?
Sometimes disconnecting from mains can reset anti surge circuit on motherboard

See FAQ on new built PC not posting
Follow breadboard testing out side case
Using integrated graphics only

It helps to have spare parts
Without the 2 graphics cards a much lower power psu will run the board and one stick of ddr-3 RAM

Everything looks fine, sounds like you may have gotten a bad PS. The CPU is 130W, your graphics are 500W, system stuff 100W, you have a bit of overhead, it looks fine.

I would not play around with it for too long, a bad PS can damage other stuff. My guess would be the PS...
