So this just started happening a few days ago when I started playing the game Diablo 3 and so far only happens when I'm playing it. It used to happen a few minutes into the game but now it happens when I'm on the main screen.

What happens is I'll hear a clicking sound, the same sound from when you start your computer, and the computer will freeze. I can't love my mouse but if I'm in a skype call I can still talk to the person of if I'm watching something on VLC player it still plays on my other monitor. After a few seconds it unfreezes. After this happens a few times my computer will blue screen and say SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION with STOP: 0x0000003B (0x000000000c0000005, ect.)

I've used SeaTools for Windows and ran a smart check on my hdd as well as a fix all but both passed. I've checked from driver updates but nothing. I did a system health report and everything came back fine. I've system repaired and system restored but both of them just stayed on the loading screen. After 20 min the computer just restarts but when I log on it didn't give me a restore message but it definitely did restore. When I start my computer I get a ram test screen which I think has something to do with memtest and it said everything was good.

I've purchased a new hdd which should be here soon and I've cloned my current internal hdd to my external hdd. I really have no idea what is wrong and if I can even fix it. If anyone can help, please do so

The first thing to do with a potentially dying drive is to save the data. Which you've apparently already done.
When the new drive shows up, migrate that image onto the new one, and then go about diagnostics on the dying one.

But if it is truly dying, and it sounds like it is.....free fridge magnets !
You could try downloading SpeedFan and using the S.M.A.R.T. utility (I know, you've already done this). Then, use the 'perform in-depth online analysis' button to get a pretty accurate analysis of the actual health of your HDD. Doing this will probably let you know what exactly is wrong with the drive.

I do agree with previous posters though, the drive is probably dying.
