I have sandisk cruser blade 16 GB pen drive and stored some data in vault. after some days sandisk secure access vault missing

The files from the original vault have gone. You can restore them from the backup copies you should have put on a different drive.
If you don't have any backups (very unwise) you can try file recovery software, but I don't think the software will be able to "see" anything that was in the vault section. Worth a try though:
