I am mining cryptocurrencies with two AMD 7990's (and everything has been fine for months).

Recently my computer restarts after about 10 mins of mining.

I have found that i need to underclock them at 880 engine and 1450 memory otherwise they over heat. These settings get me about 2.4 M/hs.

However, the last few weeks I haven't been able to mine anything but groestlcoin. Today I discovered if I drop my intensity to 12 from 13 the computer does not restart.

I have uninstalled all the drivers and re-installed them - I installed different AMD catalysts (I now don't have catalyst on my computer). I am at a loss of what t do.

Can anyone tell me what is causing the computer to restart? Any advice on how to fix it?

Thanks - I was thinking it is a power supply issue. How can I check that there is continuous power supplied to the cards?

FYI - I have a Lepa Gold 80 Plus 1600 W power supply that is running through an Asrock H81 board. This means that the Power supply is directly hooked up to the 7990's. But there are also powered risers that connect to the board. Again - it has been running fine like this for months.
