So this is my first build and I have both an SSD and an HDD. I have been able to install Windows and a few other programs onto my SSD but now that I try to download anything onto my HDD the downloads either fail or get to a certain percentage than just restart. I have been sending the downloads to a folder I made in my HDD. Can anyone help me!?!
I can't installing anything onto my hard drive. Pleas help!

Check your HDD to see it has problem or not. Maybe it is dead, or do you do format it before you use it?

Scanned my hard drive for issues and none where found. Also worth noting that videos aren't loading properly possibly after I made my HDD the default download location I'm not sure if these two issues are related though but I cant seem to find a solution anywhere If anyone has any ideas on what I should do, it would be greatly appreciated.
