Does the AMD Athlon x4 750k and the nvidia 750 a good combo?

It won't. The minimum recommended AMD CPU for the GTX 750 is the Athlon II x4 630 (says the internets). I have a GTX560 which is similar in performance with the GTX750 paired with a 750k and it works just fine.

quick question if i have a gigabyte motherboard and everything will i be able to get an msi or evga gpu. or will i have to get a gpu made by gigabyte?
