What is it that allows you to run 2 monitors on 1 PC? The Graphics card or the Motherboard?
Sorry, I am not that hi tech :( I want to run a second monitor.

my Vid Card is a Nvidia Geforce GTX 66o Ti

Your graphics card supports multiple monitors. Generally it is the graphics card that determines how many monitors you can run, there are some cheats to use the motherboard but with a 660Ti you don't need to use those. You can definitely run two screens, you may be able to run more depending on the outputs available on the card.

Really? wow outstanding. So how does that work exactly? How do I plug that in? Theres a plug right below my monitor plug on the back of my PC, I assume a second one plugs in there? Also does it work on its own or do I need to do something special to make it work?

The two monitor plugs will either be side by side or over top each other, just plug both screens in and boot up. Windows should detect the second screen, right click on the desktop and select "Screen resolution", this will bring up a menu which will allow you to set it to extend your screen across both displays.
