I am wondering if there is anything I can improve and keep about the same price in my build. I would like some suggestions to a case if mine is not good. I just bought an R9 270 for $107. Also, is my build good for overclocking?

Solution
Because a 250gb SSD will be full FAST and you need to leave it 20% open space anyway.

You ALWAYS get a 120gb SSd and a 1tb HDD. That is just the normal way to do it. Anything else is limiting and not cost effective.
That motherboard is know for catching fire. Change it to a different 970 chipset board. IF you want to do some real overclocking you will need a 990 chipset board.

I would change the PSU, but that unit is decent.

Get a 120gb SSD and a 1tb HDD. NOT a 250gb SSD.

The case is very good.

Better performance/price. The SSD is only useful for a few games and the OS.

If you get rid of the SSD altogether you could afford a better graphics card.

And I agree with Tiny Voices on the motherboard. Stay away from MSI. Use ASRock, Asus, or Gigabyte.
