I reapplied thermal paste because I learned that I did it horrible the first time. Now my PC won't show signal. All the fans spin, although nothing on my screen. I have checked for bent pins, I have reset CMOS, I have made sure that my GPU is properly put in and that everything is wired up.

CPU: 8350
CPU cooler: CM Hyper 212 Evo
Motherboard: AsRock 970 Extreme3 R2.0
GPU: Asus 280x (v2)
PSU: Antec High Current Gamer 620w

I do not have an internal speaker, my motherboard did not come with one. I don't know what posting means. The fans all spin, not sure if that is posting or not

From my experience, I would advice to reseat the RAM, or just swap them if you have more than one stick. Your mobo is failing to initialize a critical component, which could be cpu, ram, gpu, or the mobo itself. And probably too late now, but next time make sure to wear an ESD wrist while touching any components inside your pc, those straps are crazy cheap on ebay
