I have narrowed it down to the EVGA GeForce GTX 770 2GB Dual Superclocked and the Gigabyte GeForce GTX 770 2GB WINDFORCE. which one should I get?
P.S.
The one I have now is a bit loud, so quiet (But powerful) would be nice.

I would trade my PNY GTX 770 for a EVGA GTX 770wACX even If I had to pay a shipping fee. Though Gigabyte is said to offer a powerful Custom VRM and slightly more power, Though the voltage on both can no exceed 1.212v unless you Flash the BIOS. I would opt for EVGA witH the ACX cooler. Other than that the performance is negligible.

This is purely my opinion, but a friend has had to send a windforce 7970 back because the fans sound like a banger car race every time they jump off idle and evga are a bit 'wafty' for my liking.
I would save another few bucks and go with an asus CU TOP version at that level of money.
You want it quiet and lasting for years.

like tea urchin said the Asus DCUII is another good option....Asus unlike other vendors offers a completely custom PCB. This is said to offer great overclocking head room and the Cooling design is quite exceptional. For any Nvidia GPU EVGA and Asus IMO make the best designs and offer great cooling, performance and reliability.

So the asus which is basically the same price anyways, but does it really have the best cooling? Even better than the windforce?

Thanks, Vitric. I like the headroom aspect.
I also like that if you leave it on stock with the customizations you mention it may last 5 years.
Its nice to be able to pass the whole system on when you build a new pc.

If you compare the price and specs of ASUS and GIGABYTE motherboards, you will find Gigabyte have to be cheaper.
They can get away with more in the graphics card space because of the target audience age. I will not knock Giga's graphics cards, but ASUS really are sharper. They just do it better with more expertise and less penny pinching.A slightly better option methinks. If I was to put it another way, it is the most expensive item in the box,so I would get the best on that part.

Almost every new graphics card for sale on Scan U.K. at one point last year was Evga, which led me to suspect (rightly or wrongly)that something was not right with scan's buying practices. I dont think I would buy an item that price from a firm I dont trust, and I certainly dont like the look of that situation.
They may be giving refunds willy Nilly, but it doesnt say much for the product.
Asus have been going Decades. In fact, Evga's biz model is not unlike that of a long firm operation who's owners will vanish in the night with the money in the near future owing fortunes.Time will tell.

The GTX 770 right now is one of the best Price to performance GPUs And if you can get either Asus DCII or EVGA/ACX cards on sale then even more bang for the buck. The GTX 780 was a good price last Fall but has gone up and know doubt will not get lower . If you look at Newegg.com or.ca and just read the reviews on almost any GTX 770 2Gb they are above 75% "5 eggs" ...The Customer satisfaction is quite high for the Asus GTX 770 DCII OC. I know there are other GPUs from both Nvidia and AMD but for the Type of performance for 1080p gaming there is not too many competitors for the 770 2Gb

I think I am going to go Evga but it mainly comes down to the sales.
Thank you everyone for helping me adjust and narrow down my decision!

Good choice....I wish I went EVGA first.......I actually sent graphics card back to PNY and got an EVGA one online for a decent price and am waiting for it now. My PNY card was acting up abd running full speed in 2D. As temping as the low PNY price may be it is not a premium brand anymore.
