so My brother and I bought a new PC and we nake several mistakes such as buying a bad Psu and 1x8 1333 kingston ram this is the pc

Extreme 2 625 PSU
He doesn't Oc
So I wanted to make a pc for me that will help him unlock that pc's full potential as soon as I upgrade to another video card or something. So I was thinking about this one
I5 4670k
Asus maximus vii ranger
2x4 corsair vengeance 1600
R9 270 Gb Oc
Corsair gs 800
So I was thinking using the psu and vcd from this build, a cpu cooler to unlock the pc's potential for 2 r9 270 on xfire, OC
I am sorry I couldn't use the pcpartpicker but everytime I make the build the whole text dissapeared
