I have a brand spanking new Toshiba Laptop. Right out of the box the USB ports don't seem to be active, I don't want to say that they don't work because they've never technically worked, but they aren't recognizing any devices (mouse, hard drive, iPhone, iPod), yet they will charge my iPhone and iPod.
I have researched extensively and tried everything. I have disabled and uninstalled to no avail and there isnt a little yellow yield sign to notify me that there is an issue. I have had this computer for one week and it is brand new...did I miss something on the initial start-up?
Any suggestions?
