No video output

I helped my friend build a computer a few months ago and when we put everything together there was no video output. We did some stuff, then it worked. Now, once again, there is no video output. All the fans and such work, and it doesn't work in the video card, or the mobo, even with the video card out. We've plugged and unplugged everything and tried different monitors and ports. We don't remember how we fixed it last time, so we have no idea what to do.

All the fans are working and all the lights (except the power LED) as well, I've replaced the PSU, the GPU and unplugged/plugged everything with still no video output. This is not an old computer, only a few months old, functioning great until this happened. Please help, my friend will be very disappointed if I am unable to fix his computer.
