Okay so I installed a second gpu for crossfire (HD 6850) and i enabled crossfire in CCC. Everything worked fine and there was an increase in performance, but now my frames are very low again and i dont know why. I have tried re-installing my drivers for the cards and it works fine but once i restart it drops back down. I have ULPS disabled and i am very confused, Please help, thanks! :)

run heaven benchmark without the crossfire then with and see the difference. Now crossfire can be knocked out if the screen blinks in and out at the beginning download msi afterburner dont use it to oc but use the on screen info to see if both cards cores are jumping up to were you want.

I know but that's how you "fix" it. And its better than reinstalling the driver. Now you could try an older/different driver. I would start with the last official one before they went to the new driver base version in 14.4. assuming you are currently using 14.4. Think that was 14.1. You can go older though. like 13.9. 6850s are pretty well developed cards so not a lot to add with new drivers.

Could also try reversing the order of the cards, different crossfire bridge etc.

I am uninstalling right now and i am going to try 13.12 drivers

Update: I installed the 13.12 and there is sadly no difference. I have reversed the cards and nothing. they both work individually though. Maybe it's my PSU?
