i dont know whether to go with a ZALMAN CNPS9900MAX-R or go with cooler master seidon 120v the thing is im worried about water leaking into my case and i can barely afford to buy my 2000$ pc the processor is i7-4770k going to be overclocking to 4.4ghz

if you are afraid of weaking issue from closed loop cooler, why not go for air cooler? like noctua u14s or d14-15, hyper evo 212 and many more. these cooler will do a good cooling on 4.4ghz
