Looking for advice on budget gaming PC build

Intending on buying it during the beginning of June, as soon as I have the money available.

My budget range is $1000-$1300, before shipping.

Going to be using it for gaming, surfing the web, video editing and watching videos.

I don't need to buy a monitor or an OS.

I might attempt overclocking, at this point I'm not sure.

If I could just get some general advice on the build as well as some pointers or alternate parts to decrease the price.

Any advice is welcome :)
