Connection changes to Proxy Server ?

In the Control Panel-Internet Properties-Connections-Lan Settings- My Proxy Server is checked and under the Advance setting there is a Proxy address both HTTP and a Secure. When I delete the address - Port and uncheck the Proxy Server Box and then Check the Automatically Check settings Box after a few minutes it returns back to the Proxy being checked and the same address-Port. Can someone explain why this is happening ? I am running Windows 7 64Bit.

Then you have a more serrious rootkit that keeps reinstalling the malware. You can try the TDSSrootkit killer by kaspersky labs.

Otherwise you will either need to take the computer to a professional (and by professional i do not mean saples or best buy) or do a complete reinsatll of windows and clear out the MBR (master boot record) before reinstalling.
