Does matching Amd, Graphics Card, or Motherboard components matter, Performance?

Would it be better if the graphics card maker matched with the motherboard or the cpu? or Just the cpu and the graphics card in terms of performance? I'll be running an Msi motherboard and an Amd Cpu

No you don't have to use an MSI motherboard and an MSI GPU, you can use what you wan't just make sure that the motherboard is compatible with your CPU. And DON'T SKIMP OUT ON THE PSU! What CPU do you plan on using?
