Voltage Spikes During Gaming

Here's my build:

CPU: AMD FX-8350
MOBO: Asus M5A99FX PRO REV.2
GPU: Sapphire R9 280X TRI-X OC
RAM: G. Skill 8gb 1600
CPUCooler: CM Hyper 212 Evo
HDD: WD Black 1TB
PSU: Corsair CX750M

So while I'm playing games there is a slight freeze every 10 seconds or so and it lasts for about a half seconds. Like a skip. I just built the computer last week, it was my first build. I've been keeping my eyes on the Voltage and Temps and the temps are fine when the freeze occurs, but the +12v drops from 12.055 to around 12.012, and that's when the skipping occurs.. I've disabled almost everything in the UEFI BIOS that would alter any kind of power with no luck.. Any Ideas?? It's getting to the point where I feel I spent $1200 on hot garbage... and NO I don't want any Intel penis riders going, "You bought AMD, it is hot garbage." as I'm posting this for help, not your opinion on what I have.

Thanks, Brandon
